1.0 GENERAL INFO

Thank you for your interest in Peace Haven Communities! All housing
rental offers:
Chat Privacy
Locking Doors
The Ability to Add a Partner to the Rental
Voice Control
Media Rights (Audio/video)
Deeding and Group Deeded returning rights (TV's and Movies)
Ejecting and Banning Rights (Right Clicking the avatar)
Individual Security System
Internet Radio

A Superior Support Staff
All Rent is TRANSFERABLE with in Peace Haven Communities. If you
wish to move to another property, your rent paid will move with you,
be re-adjusted to the new rental and added to that box.
Please keep in mind that Rent is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no other
business in SL where you can purchase something and decide for what
ever reason you no longer wish it, and receive a refund.. Peace
Haven Communities is no different.
If you pick up you prims and mark the box "not renewing" we will
consider the property released by you, and we will reset it for
re-rent.
If you own a TV, our responsibility ENDS when it is deeded properly
to the land. We did not make nor do we service any type or brand of
TV's. Please Contact the creator of the TV with any problems you
have with their product

2.0 HOW TO RENT

To rent, right click and pay the sign 1400L. You MUST AGREE TO THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS, (this note card), after agreeing, It will then
shrink into a little blue box. From this point forward... right
click and pay that little box future rent. This blue box will track
your rent, and send you rent reminders when there are 3 days
remaining. Every effort will be made to add you to the group and get
you set up with in 8 hours. (We play RL too, and unfortunately have
to go to work) You WILL however be able to start dropping prims
immediately after renting, without a group invite.
the Rental box can be paid by yourself or any other person you
wish to share the rent with.. but it will only except the FULL
rental payment. Any partial weeks payments will automatically be
refunded
*NOTE: if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, your money
will automatically be returned to you.

3.0 WHY RENT??

Renting with Peace Haven Communities is a safe, easy and cost
efficient way to have a home. We require no long term payments or
commitments. Rentals are by the week, When you rent expires you can
walk away. (no land to sell) No Premium Account is Required.

4.0 GROUP
TOOLS & DEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

After we add you to the group, you will be able to:
set you new house to home.
freeze, eject and ban unwanted avatars from your home.
Control and change your own audio/video streams
Deed to the group (TV's & Radios)
To deed, wear your PHC tag and rezz the object, check the "share
with group" box. Then click deed. It will say the owner of the
object is Peace Haven Communities. To take it back.. simply right
click it >> more >> return and it will come back to you.
Please Keep in mind that when a deeded object is returned, it goes
into your lost and found folder. Peace Haven Communities IS NOT
responsible for any returned items that did not go back into your
inventory. This is a SL Issue, please contact Linden Labs.

5.0 RENTAL RULES
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sky box's are allowed over your home as long as you observe the
following:
Keep it OVER your current parcel, any prims in the "main yard"
will be returned
Stay with in your current Prim Limits
Place it 500 m or higher
Keep it residential
Please stay with in your prim limits; in most cases, you will be
given a 24 hour notice if you are over your prim allowance. If in
that time, you have not trimmed you count. WE WILL TRIM THEM FOR
YOU. In rare cases, when we have found a resident is literally
hundreds over their prim limit, we will TRIM THE PRIM COUNT
IMMEDIATELY.
You MUST always pay the rental box.. it will remind you when rent
is due. If you neglect to pay the rent when it is due, your items
will be returned to you, and the House put back up for re-rent. No
questions asked.
If your items are returned to you, they will be in your lost and
found folder, many times clustered under a single name. Peace Haven
Communities IS NOT responsible for any returned items that did not
go back into your inventory. This is a SL Issue, please contact
Linden Labs.
No changes may be made to the outside of the building or grounds.
Any object placed outside the boundaries of your house's parcel,
will be returned to you. The management of Peace Haven Communities
reserves the right to return any object at any time, for any reason.
All objects not belonging to the renters will be returned also...
please IM the group and request a caretaker, if any other than you
will be placing objects. They will be added to the "non return"
list.
The Peace Haven Communities group is for PHC questions/problems
only. Spamming the group will not be tolerated. If you spam it, you
will be ejected immediately from the group with no warning.
Rent is NON REFUNDABLE
NO guns or weapons
NO security systems expect for the one we provide
NO heavy scripts
NO Particles, temp rezzers, or poofers (these cause lag)
NO Sub-letting is permitted
NO shops or business or vendors of any kind are allowed, the
houses are for residential use only.
NO spyware (we consider this a MASSIVE invasion of Privacy!)
We reserve the right to reclaim houses we consider abandoned

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination
of your rental agreement with out refund.
Please show respect for your neighbors by keeping Peace Haven true
to its name... peaceful.

6.0 OUR POLICY ON
BREEDABLE PETS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Due to the impact on sim performance, we have decided to limit the
total number of breedable pets To THREE ONLY. Any more than 3
(THREE) and will be removed with out notice.
