1.0 GENERAL INFO

Thank you for your interest in Peace Haven Communities
NO PREMIUM ACCOUNT IS NECESSARY!
• Any commercial establishment must conform to SL new TOS regarding
Adult content.
• Please be aware before renting this parcel, that it is MAINLAND.
Mainland CAN NOT be deeded to another group, and it's Terra-forming
heights are extremely limited.
• Rent is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no other business in SL where you
can purchase something and decide for what ever reason you no longer
wish it, and receive a refund.. Peace Haven Communities is no
different.
• If you pick up you prims and mark the box "not renewing" we will
consider the property released by you, and we will reset it for
re-rent.
• If you own a TV, our responsibility ENDS when it is deeded
properly to the land. We did not make nor do we service any type or
brand of TV's. Please Contact the creator of the TV with any
problems you have with their product

2.0 HOW TO RENT

To rent, right click and pay the sign the specified amount. It will
then shrink into a little blue box. From this point forward... right
click and pay that box future rent. This blue box will track your
rent, and send you rent reminders starting at 3 days. Every effort
will be made to add you to the group and get you set up with in a
few hours. (We play RL too!) You WILL however be able to start
dropping prims immediately after renting, without a group invite.
• the Rental box can be paid by yourself or any other person you
wish to share the rent with.. but it will only except the FULL
rental payment. Any partial weeks payments will automatically be
refunded
*NOTE: if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, your money
will automatically be returned to you.

3.0 WHAT
YOU CAN DO & DEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

After we add you to the group, you will be able to:
• Change parcel Name
• Set Landing Points
• Terra-form Terrain - Please keep in mind that this is a MAINLAND
PARCEL, it has limited Terra-forming capabilities.
• Edit About land options
• Manage Parcel Access and Ban Lists
• Sell Passes
• Manage your access/ban lists, Eject/freeze and ban avatars
• Return objects
• set your new land to home.
• Control and change your own audio/video streams
• Deed to the group (TV's & Radios)
• To deed, wear the land group tag, and rezz out the object, right
click the object >> General tab. double click the object is assigned
to the Lands group, check the "share with group" box. Then click
deed. It will say the owner of the object is Group Owned. To take it
back.. simply right click it >> more >> return and it will come back
to you.

4.0 WHAT YOU CAN NOT DO

→ You WILL NOT be able to :
1. Change the ground texture
2. Deed the land to a different group
3. List in Places (see below)
• If you wish to list the parcel in "Places Search" please contact
Keera Woyseck, your per week rent will increase by 30L (it is what
LL charges for it) and u will be given access to list it.

5.0 RENTAL RULES
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
-You MUST always pay the rental box.. it will remind you when rent
is due. If you neglect to pay the rent when its due, your items will
be returned to you. No questions asked.
• We reserve the right to return any heavy scripts that affect the
over all performance of the sim.
• We reserve the right to reclaim Land we consider abandoned
• We reserve the right to return any objects we feel are a violation
of TOS in regards to a mature sim.
Rent is non-refundable.
