Communities was founded in February of 2006.
Recognizing the growing need for affordable "no
strings"
housing,
Peace Haven is now one of Second Life's
Largest and
oldest housing providers.
We offer over 300 Apartments,
Condominiums, Chat Private Houses, Land Rentals, and
Island Rentals, spanning 42 sims. Our Housing
ranges from 250 prims to 1400 prims, Land rentals
from a 4096 sqm to a full sim, Private Island
rentals offer 3750, 1874 and 935 prims, all priced below Linden
Lab fees for the same number of prims. So whatever your budget
is, we can accommodate you. No Premium Account is
required to rent, and all rent paid is transferable
with in Peace Haven Communities, so if you rent
small and would like to move to a bigger place... no
problem, your rent will transfer,
with no loss of
rent paid!
Customer service is paramount to us, we have an
outstanding support staff of 12, in various
time zones. Chances are good one of our
"caretakers" will be available to help and assist
you with any questions or problems you may have.
You will not find a
better value or service anywhere in Second Life.
Our housing sims are designed solely for community
living, offering elegant and affordable housing in a
